Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of workshops and services from Sourdough Wonders, owner Preeti Rastogi, Oberglatterstrasse 11, 8184 Bachenbülach ("Sourdough Wonders"). By making a booking, the customer accepts these Terms.
2. Registration and Contract
Registration for a workshop is made via sourdoughwonders.ch. The booking becomes binding upon completed payment. Places per workshop are limited and are allocated in order of payment received.
3. Prices and Payment
The price per workshop seat is CHF 160. Payment is made at the time of booking online via a secure payment service provider (including TWINT, credit and debit card). A seat is confirmed only once payment has been received in full.
4. Rebooking and Cancellation by the Customer
- 14 or more days before the workshop: free transfer to another date, or a refund of CHF 135 (a CHF 25 administration fee covers booking and processing costs).
- 7 to 13 days before the workshop: free transfer to another date; no refund.
- Less than 7 days before the workshop, or no-show: no refund and no transfer. However, the booked seat may be given to another person.
Rebookings and cancellations must be sent by email to sourwonders@gmail.com. The time the notice is received is decisive.
5. Cancellation by Sourdough Wonders
If a workshop must be cancelled for important reasons (e.g. illness, insufficient number of participants), an alternative date will be offered where possible. If attendance on an alternative date is not possible, the full amount will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
6. Food and Allergies
The workshops involve handling food, including grains and gluten. Participants with allergies or intolerances are responsible for informing Sourdough Wonders before the workshop. Sourdough Wonders accepts no liability for allergic reactions.
7. Liability
Participation is at the participant's own responsibility. Sourdough Wonders is liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bülach, Canton of Zurich.
